Work programme

The project contains six work packages. The work package titles and their interrelation is depicted below.

WP1 and WP6 are general work packages within those type of projects

WP2 aims to determine the relevant legal framework at EU and Member State level concerning the planning, construction, commissioning and operation of biomass gasification plants, and to propose actions for harmonisation

WP3 aims to develop a guideline and a software tool for the overall assessment of HSE risks by determining the state of the art from case studies and theoretical work. The draft guideline and software tool will be validated by the results of WP4 (Case studies and Validation) – the complete information will be included into the chapter “risk assessment” of the guideline

WP4 supports the preparation of the guideline and get all key market actors and authorities involved for acceptance and future use of the guideline and the software tool.

WP5 ensures that the results and the guideline are widely disseminated to key market actors across Europe
